Selection Criteria
The purpose of the NTSAF is to assist freshman and transfer students with high financial need, and who demonstrate an extraordinary level of community awareness, in their pursuit of higher education at USC. First-generation college students and local area applicants are given primary consideration in the selection process. Please note that the scholarship is not lmited to these populations.
Application process
Submit a completed 2010 NTSAF application by the postmark deadline of Feb. 12, 2010 (freshmen) or May 12, 2010 (transfer students). An interview is required for finalist candidates. NTSAF domestic applicants must complete all forms required by the USC Financial Aid Office. Download applications at www.usc.edu/ntsaf.
