Norman Topping Student Aid Fund(NTSAF):
Selection Criteria
The purpose of the NTSAF is to assist freshman and transfer students with high financial need, and who demonstrate an extraordinary level of community awareness in their pursuit of higher education at USC. First-generation college students and local area applicants are given primary consideration in the selection process. Please note that the scholarship is not limited to these populations. For freshmen and transfers.
Application process
Submit a completed 2010 NTSAF Scholarship application by the postmark deadline of Feb. 12, 2010 for freshmen and May 12, 2010 for transfers. An interview will be required for scholarship finalists. All applicants must obtain and complete all forms required by the USC Financial Aid Office. Online applications are available at www.usc.edu/ntsaf.
