　　记得以前的钩钩的答案是“交易量比去年多”。但是我觉得不太对，因为我的选项中有，interest rate of this year has not been set but will perhaps be higher than that of last year. 这个和is not likely to be lower ?是很完美的对应，应该是它，比较确定的。

　　V2 政府征收的房地产税是在assess value上按一个百分比征收的，然而现在发现今年的assess value没有前年的高。但是今年寄出去的账单上的税收总量和去年的相比却没有减少。我选的是今年的税率比去年的高。
