　　ETS has heard from some test takers that there is a rumor regarding widespread score cancellations for GRE test takers in China. This rumor is not true.

　　While test score cancellations do occur from time to time, there has been no widespread cancellation of scores for all test takers in China. Test score cancellations occur when the actions of an individual test taker (or a group) violate the policies and procedures outlined in the GRE Information and Registration Bulletin or those communicated at the test center.
