2017年有新加坡硕博连读奖学金项目吗?新加坡教育部每年将提供一定数量的奖学金名额，选拔我国优秀的理工科本科应届毕业生赴新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学和新加坡科技设计大学攻读博士学位。受我国教育主管部门委托，项目在国内的招生、录取、派出、管理等工作由教育部留学服务中心负责。

奖学金细则/有效期限：

新方项目院校最初先提供一年期奖学金。其后，将根据项目学生的学业进展，为其提供3-4年的奖学金，每年续延，直至项目学生完成本项目约定的学业。这个全额奖学金包括学费和生活费。院校可根据实际情况调整生活费额度。本项目无服务期限。
