The TOEFL score requirement for admission of international students may be waived based on fulfillment of the following conditions:

applicant is a transfer student from an accredited American college or university;

applicant was enrolled for at least one year;

applicant has a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00;

applicant has taken one year of academic transferable English;

applicant earned a minimum grade of C in the equivalent of freshman English;

applicant is otherwise fully admissible with the exception of the TOEFL score requirement; or

successful completion of the University s English Proficiency Examination.
