For those of you who have watched my videos, you may have noticed a new section called "Aaron's Kitchen".

I created Aaron's Kitchen as a bit of fun, showing off food from Australia, whilst trying out food from Beijing. 

Since creating Aaron's Kitchen, I have received a lot of suggestions from my colleagues about which foods I should present.  I'd love to do this, but due to issues of availability, a lack of time (and a lack of skills), I'm afraid I can't make videos about it.

However, this article is designed to show off some of the foods you can get in Australia.  I hope you will enjoy learning about our cuisine.
