Curriculum Vitae:
Resume listing educational qualifications, work experience, date of admission to legal practice (if applicable) and any other professional affiliations relevant to the application.
Personal Statement:
Statement of Purpose describing applicant's background, primary area of interest, practical or academic experience in the area, and how the LL.M. will be used after graduation. The University of Washington School of Law has a strong commitment to public service; one of the elements of the statement of purpose that is evaluated in selection is the applicant's plan for using this degree to contribute to their own legal system and society after graduation.
Recommendation Letter:
Two (2) Letters of Recommendation are required. In the online application, designate two recommenders who can best evaluate the applicant's capacity for graduate study in the United States, preferably law faculty or other law professionals.
