澳际教育介绍，艾茉莉大学（Emory University），或称“埃默里大学”、“艾默里大学”，是一所位于美国南部佐治亚州大型城市亚特兰大的中等大小的私立综合性全国大学，成立于1836年。学校初建是在佐治亚州的牛津市，由一群卫理公会成员创建，取卫理公会主教John Emory名字命名该校区，后于1915年搬迁至亚特兰大市。艾茉莉大学的创建使命即创新、存储、教学应用知识服务于全人类。
本科申请者可申请艾茉莉艺术与科学学院（简称艾茉莉学院）或牛津学院。但这两者的区别是：艾茉莉学院位于学校所在的亚特兰大校区，入校后完成4年制本科课程可直接申请继续供读该学院开设的其他研究生课程；牛津学院位于艾茉莉原校址德鲁伊山校区，学生只能完成大一、二两年的通识课程，然后继续攻读专业课程（护理学院、商学院）。但大部分学生选择艾茉莉学院攻读。
