　　These telltale signs fall into six categories: the face, the body, pyscho-physiology, what we say, the way we say it and our voice. Everyone exhibits a different combination of signs but liars are likely to give themselves away by what they say and how they say it.

　　泄露真相分为六大类别：脸部、身体、心理生理学、我们所说的话语、我们说话的方式和声音。每个人都有透露各种不同的迹象，但说谎者说的话及其说话方式容易出卖自己。

　　The most common sign is a micro-facial expression – lasting one-fifth of a second. The face has 43 muscles which combine to create 10,000 possible expressions. Faking an emotion is hard and often gives a liar away.

　　Liars speak more slowly and brily than people telling the truth, as lying requires more thought. And while liars can rehearse their story thoroughly, an unexpected question or trying to recall details out of sequence can throw them.

　　The way someone lies depends on how confident they are too. If they are not confident they embed a lie in as much truth as possible as it is easier than faking a whole story.
