备受关注的李某某等人强奸案26日上午在北京市海淀区法院一审宣判，法院以强奸罪分别判处被告人李某某有期徒刑10年;王某(成年人)有期徒刑12年，剥夺政治权利2年;魏某某(兄)有期徒刑4年;张某某有期徒刑3年，缓刑5年;魏某某(弟)有期徒刑3年，缓刑3年。

　　Li Tianyi jailed for 10 years for gang rape

　　The teenage son of a famous Chinese military singer was sentenced to 10 years for rape on Thursday.

　　Li Tianyi, 17, raped a woman surnamed Yang in a hotel with four others after getting drunk in a bar on Feb 20, according to Beijing Haidian District People’s Court.

　　The other four received sentences from three years with probation to 12 years in prison.

　　The convict&aposs father is Li Shuangjiang, a well–known PLA artist, while his mother, Meng Ge, was also a singer with the army.

　　The case has captured the public’s attention since February, while Meng claimed her son was innocent.
