PBS announced Wednesday (July 2) that "Sherlock" Season 4 is in the works, plus a special episode will air prior to the fourth installment of the popular detective series starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.

　　PBS电视台周三宣布《神探夏洛克》第四季拍摄工作正在进行中，这部由Benedict Cumberbatch和Martin Freeman主演的热门侦探剧第四季将会有4集，其中包括1集特别集。

　　Executive producer Steven Moffat says in a statement, "A special, plus a new series of three episodes Of course, it&aposs far too early to say what&aposs coming, but we&aposre reasonably confident that the very next thing to happen to Sherlock and John, is the very last thing you&aposd expect."

　　执行制片人Steven Moffat在声明中说，“新季除了3集以外还会有一个特别集。当然现在说第四季会发生什么还太早了，不过我们非常有信心接下来发生在Sherlock和John身上的故事将会是观众们所期待的的。

　　Shooting for the special will begin January 2015, with Season 4 shooting later in the year. There is no premiere date yet available for either.

　　《神探夏洛克》第四季特别集将会在2015年1月开始拍摄，而另外3集将会在2015年稍后拍摄。不过目前还没有确定具体的播出日期。
