不知不觉Michael Jackson已经离开我们七年了，一提起他，就会想到他的音乐，舞步以及慈善事业。除此之外，他还会写诗。他曾经在1992出版了一本诗集叫Dancing the Dream: Poems and Rlections，中文翻译是《舞梦：诗与思》。该诗集只在美国出版了，还未曾在国内面世。现在由遗产委员会官方授权的简体中文版本已由华东师范大学出版社出版，并将于他的忌辰当日在北京发布。

　　这里，我们再来欣赏另外两首诗：

　　Of anguish born in sadness

　　Recoiled from every blow

　　Looking for that stolen nectar

　　In my heart that long-lost scepter

　　In all those haunted faces

　　I searched for my oasis

　　那是一段疯狂的行旅

　　是悲哀中生出的万般痛楚

　　我上上下下徘徊

　　畏缩逃避每一场挫败

　　寻找那被窃走的玉露琼浆

　　我心中那失去已久的权杖

　　这些面孔一张张满布忧愁

　　我在其中寻找我的绿洲

　　In a way it was in a drunken craze

　　A cruel hysteria, a blurry haze

　　Many a time I tried to break

　　This shadow following me I could not shake

　　Many a time in the noisy crowd

　　In the hustle and bustle of the din so loud

　　I peered behind to see its trace

　　I could not lose it in any place

　　一场残忍的癔症，一片雾霭迷茫

　　多少次我曾试图将它打破

　　这影子跟着我怎么也甩不脱

　　The imagined sorrow of a thousand lies

　　All at once I found my goal

　　The elusive shadow was my soul.

　　天真之子，我想念你阳光灿烂的日子

　　我们在漫长的游戏中欢乐嬉闹

　　自从你离开了这一片风景

　　街道便寂寞，黑暗，而又卑劣

　　Child of innocence, return to me now

　　With your simple smile show them how

　　This world once again can respond to your glance

　　And heartbeats flutter to the rhythm of your dance

　　天真之子，现在回到我这儿来

　　带着你简单的微笑让他们看

　　这世界怎样才能又一次回应你的眼光

　　而心跳和着你舞蹈的旋律扑动

　　Beckons me now beyond the call of duty
