在GMAT阅读文章中有很多的长难句，给考生的实战带来了很大的困难。具体来说，长难句之所以难，主要表现在其复杂而且冗长的修饰成分，即有一个句子中会有大量的介词短语、定语从句、状语从句、名词性从句等。例如：
