　　思路：

　　l We are living in a world which is developing at a termendous speed which requires constant innovation and change.

　　l However, constant change and innovation can do harm to the organization if we can not adapt the organization to the innovation and changes.

　　l Innovation and change is a double-edged sword. We should quickly adjust ourselves to the innovation and change and make them better serve us.

　　* 市场竞争激烈，只有不断创新才能持续发展，使公司在全球化的市场中生存下来

　　* 不断的创新可以降低成本，提高产品质量，吸引更多的消费者，获得更高里利润

　　* 当然，创新的成本也是比较高的，有时可能会带来一些负面影响(比如失败的可能性)但是不能因为有可能失败就不去创新。

　　AI中的用了一个自己整理的例子和一句老名言，考试中修改了一点尽量往题目上靠，不太会写作文，不过例子和名言或许有点用。

　　We are deeply saddened to hear that Steve Jobs passed away on October 5th. Brilliance, passion and energy from his team were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Apple. We were all benited and touched by his extraordinary gifts such as iPhone, iTouch and iPod.

　　用下面这句名言的时候不太好说到底有没有improve，当时写的意思是不管有没有improve，世界就是在前进，因为不知道听哪个大牛说comment这个issue也是可以的。

　　As President Franklin Roosevelt said, “Growth and change are the law of all life. Yesterday&aposs answers are inadequate for today&aposs problems ----just as the solutions of today will not fill the needs of tomorrow.”
