　　V5说是一个IT行业的公司，好像是什么software，近三年情况都不好，然后结合auto industry公司的成功经验，觉得应该把25%的full-time, permanent员工换成temporary员工，因为他们工资便宜，这样就能减少cost，然后还能达到什么balance。
