　　7. AA:具体忘记了，大概就是一个搞采矿技术的(mining technology)的公司，因为行业不景气，他们打算让自己公司手上的科学家把focus 转到renewable energy, which is a booming industry.然后公司老板还说，很多搞再生能源的公司很成功，自己公司也肯定能成功，然后能增大利润。

　　8. AA是说 有一家company 的 employees&apos motivation和ability(第二个准确词忘了 反正是这个意思)这两年一直下降 而且margin revenue 也一直下降 所以说明是员工能力影响了revenue 然后the Director of Manufacturing 就说要少招新员工 而且说 the human department 应该负担这个failure的责任。。
