　　参考思路：

　　1.行业不同，需求不同。比如医生这个职业，老医生的经验比较重要，广告传媒业，年轻人的new idea比较重要

　　2.即使是相同的行业，不同的职位也有不同的需求。比如领导决策时需要依靠丰富的经验总之不能一概而论

　　3. physically 年轻人比较energetic, not so easily tired e.g. Google, face book founder work all night，创造型公司特别注重energy and creative advertisement etc.

　　4.attitude/passion can make up for the shortage of experiences and wisdom’s benit

　　e.g. "JIT""KAIZEN" “Toyota” "Model T" experienced employee can get a higher salary 5. 年老 stick to conventions / does everything by rules

　　V2. Becase the high-profile status and access to resources, celebrities are uniquely qualified to fectively address the social problems.

　　整合：

　　因为名人有很高的形象地位，容易得到社会资源(版本2：有更高的工资)，因此只有他们才有资格有效的处理社会问题

　　参考思路：

　　1. 论uniquely qualified. many fective types to address the social problem for the common, such as Weibo, BBS, Linked-in, Dialogue.

　　2. 论fectively, 名人和老百姓的生活圈是不一样的，所以他们不一定能发掘很多社会问题，并有效地阐述
