The following appeared in a letter from a department chairperson to the president of Pierce University. “Some studies conducted by Bronston College, which is also located in a small town, reveal that both male and female professors are happier living in small towns when their spouses are also employed in the same geographic area. Therore, in the interest of attracting the most gifted teachers and researchers to our faculty and improving the morale of our entire staff, we at Pierce University should offer employment to the spouse of each new faculty member we hire. Although we cannot expect all offers to be accepted or to be viewed as an ideal job offer, the money invested in this fort will clearly be well spent because, if their spouses have a chance of employment, new professors will be more likely to accept our offers."

A recent sales study indicated that consumption of seafood dishes in Bay City restaurants has increased by 30 percent over the past five years. Yet there are no currently operating city restaurants that specialize in seafood. Moreover, the majority of families in Bay City are two-income families, and a nationwide study has shown that such families eat significantly fewer home-cooked meals than they did a decade ago but at the same time express more concern about eating healthily. Therore, a new Bay City restaurant specializing in seafood will be quite popular and profitable.

另一道ISSUE忘了，印象中不是很难的。这两题在机经广州3月份都没出现，还好不太难。当时就想起某老师说过的，澳际上报机经的同学可能大部分都是遇上高频的孩子，遇到低频的不一定会报，不如做个实验：今天广外考作文的童鞋我估计有16个左右，(我10点半考时人已经很多了)，看看有多少童鞋上来报机经。

话说广外的键盘和标准键盘手感无异，耳塞戴起来很热。机考前面的流程都很简单了，带好证件就行了，接着一大叔领你到座位上，机考就开始了。一开始有很多无聊的信息，看着烦于是一个个跳过了，但是其中有个选择考点的页面可要注意别漏过了，我差点直接NEXT了。接着就开始ISSUE和ARGU，到时间自动转入下一部分。考完就选校，由于事先准备不足我就乱填了，秉着高考填报志愿时3,4志愿分别填了QH，BD的前科，于是···

我觉得到了考场上打字会变得快很多，所以建议大家平常还是多练作文，尤其个人觉得考前一天要通过AWP不断得练作文，练出感觉来，然后把文字拷到WORD里面检查拼写。祝广州的朋友们考试顺利，抽中自己有把握的题目。
