　　不要总是用“有生命的名词”或“人称代词”做主语：

　　改：It is generally thought that to set up a camera in the residential area is one of the best approaches to ensure the security of the residents 。

　　⑵ More and more people agree that women should enjoy full equality with men.

　　改：There is a growing agreemen among people that women should enjoy full equality with men.

　　⑶ More and more people realize the close connection between energy and population..

　　改：The close connection between energy and population is increasingly recognized.

　　⑷ There are many people who prer to go by bike, because they are not satisfied with bus service.

　　改：The public prerence for going by bicycles rlects their dissatisfaction with bus service.

　　⑸ We can see from the graph that the population of Alia grew in the 20th century.

　　改：The graph shows/It can be seen from the graph that the population of Alia grew in the 20th century.

　　改：As can be seen from the graph the population of Alia grew in the 20th century.
