Recently, I read an awesome article about 100 Easy Ways to Be Healthy Inside and Out. I was totally fascinated by it, for it points out that we should pay close attention to life details to keep healthy, such as, trim your hair with a regular time, don&apost over-wash your skin, and get at least 60 minutes of exercise daily and so on.
