每年都有众多世界各地的精英申请美国知名商学院MBA课程，大家也都明白，要想拿到录取就必须打好面试这一仗。参加不同学校的面试应该采取不同的面试策略，下面我们就来说说一些知名美国商学院MBA申请面试的“潜规则”，首先是斯坦福大学MBA面试：

　　Stanford Interviews:

　　The interviews, which are upon invitation, are conducted most exclusively by Stanford MBA alumni. Occasionally, an applicant may be invited to interview with an MBA Admissions Office. This year school expects to interview 800-1000 applicants, where the primary questions will revolve around behaviour skills, and attitude that school believes are key to good citizenship. Most of the questions in interview will rlect on applicant’s professional and personal experiences. The interview is both evaluative and informative, and is designed to be a positive exchange of ideas and information. The interviews are blind; the only information about an applicant that the interviewer will have is the resume, which an applicant will send to him/ her. If an applicant is invited to interview, the interview will occur during the application round in which an applicant has applied and will be contacted by the MBA Admissions Office to schedule an interview. A mutually convenient date and time to meet could be set up between an interviewer and an applicant. If an applicant is waitlisted without an interview, he/she will be interviewed after he/she accepts his/her place on the waitlist.
