　　· Secondary School Report – consists of a transcript and school counselor recommendation. The transcript is a record of grades achieved over the past four years of schooling. Predicted grades (if applicable) should be included.

Please write an essay (250 words minimum) on a topic of your choice or on one of the options listed below. Please indicate your topic by checking the appropriate box.
