Since the human beings occupied the planet with their own intelligence, the technology has never stopped its developing steps. Later, along with the appearance of business, information began to play more and more important role in the modern society. The world seemed to be shrinking after being coated with the computer as the “modern intelligence” of our human beings. The information transmission therore became quicker, which presented the business with much convenience. Nowadays, the business information management has played the leading role of the society. As a girl who showed hot interest and enthusiasm in the information management under the business, I decide to involve myself in this field.

　　The management of the business information system is a comprehensive subject which includes mathematics, computer science and economy. As a girl who prers to face the trans-subject challenge that can enrich me with comprehensive knowledge, I became interested in the management of the business system, a leading subject in the rapid developing economy and business. Pocketing this interest, I came into Beijing Forestry University. Years of study and struggling with difficulties didn’t put out, but stimulated my desire for the further study. Therore, I decided to go to your esteemed university for my further study.

　　As a “girl in practice”, I tend to use what I learnt into practice. From Sep. 2005 to Apr. 2006, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in the software development system based on the educational administration managing system, which was the NET-based development platform for the Web application system through improving the disposal process of the documents, open-style developing process, edition control mechanism, 模块化功能级别应用, 动态调用菜单和模块, 重复利用框架. However, “Bon the voyage!” is forever the best wish to your friend. In the process of project, I met a lot of difficulties because we had to do large amount of similar jobs, which loaded the developers with heavy pressure. Therore, the deadline had to be delayed while the developing cost was increasing. Facing this problem, I made a detailed analysis finally to find that there was some regularity among them, with which I began to find a better solution. It is always dark bore dawn. Those days witnessed me following a triangular route with three points of library where I could look up many books and related files, teacher’s office where I could discuss with my teacher on this problem and the site where I can try my solutions I found in those two places. No matter how difficult it was, the sun would never ruse to rise. I finally found a solution to solve this problem. Firstly, I integrated framework. The framework rers to a series criterions and principals, which was not only applied in one Web application system but in the whole framework. I cut in from three aspects, 表现层、业务逻辑层 and 数据层. Secondly, I emphasized the use of discreteness. Besides, I improved the software developing model by designing a totally new documents disposal process. Finally, I built a high performance system framework. After my insistent forts and clinging spirit, I finally solved this problem. Facing the success of the project, the sweetest smile blossomed on every one’s face.

　　In the seven days’ holiday on National Day, we are required to design a small system of management and application on ERP and database, which presented me with a strong managing and organization ability, in which I was mainly responsible for setting the goal, controlling the process, arranging the schedule and testing the project etc. As the project manager, I had to balance the work of every department apart from doing some technological work. Under my organization, every department could cooperate with each other perfectly and we had a very pleasant time after flood of difficulties and problems. When we were requested to give a report on our design afterwards, I felt a little nervous. But as soon as I stood on the stage, words began to float out between my lips without any hint of my paper report because my experience had been already carved in my mind, which aroused my confidence and determination for my further study.

　　Large amount of projects I participated in told me that once we set a goal, we should start it without any hesitation about its failure or difficulties. Naturally, bore we start to do some thing, we always hold our steps because it is new for us. We may have a lot of worries such as uncompleted preparation or the ability not strong enough for this job etc. it is like a river we have never swam in, we don’t know how deep it is. However, stepping into it, we may feel that it is not actually as deep as we thought bore but with a smooth and comfortable water temperature.

　　I am an optimistic girl towards difficulties. Once I set a goal, I will go straightly towards it. Known as the “Napoleon against difficulties”, I can get a lot of pleasure in the course of struggling with them. Besides, I have my own team that presented me with strong managing and organization ability. However, from my study and projects, I deeply realized that China is still far behind the most developed countries in this field, which can no longer give me enough knowledge for the development of my future and my team. So I set my view on the United States, which has the advanced knowledge and skills in this field. I believe that submerged in your thick atmosphere, I can finally achieved in this field and build my team into the best team in China in the field of management of business information system.
