The Department of Psychology at Colorado State University invites applications for a tenure-track position in the APA-accredited Counseling Psychology doctoral program. This position is at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning in August 2016. The position will be affiliated with the new training program in Addiction Counseling. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. from an APA-accredited Counseling or Clinical Psychology program or anticipate completing their Ph.D. by 06/30/2016. The successful candidate is also expected to demonstrate excellence in both teaching and research. The successful candidate will also have clinical and research experience and expertise in addictions or substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will be able to teach the courses offered in the Addiction Counseling program and be currently conducting research in the field of addictions or substance use disorders and be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Colorado. The expected start date for the position is August 15, 2016.
