In my sophomore year，I took part in the business plan competition held by our university. In this competition，I，cooperated with two of my roommates，built an indoor cultivation company. This idea was mainly come from indoor rice planting of a Japanese company for my roommates were major in food science. Our company mainly focuses on helping other companies to build indoor space for agricultural products planting，to achieve the goal of virescence and satisfy vegetable supply.

In the second section of our competition，we were required to sell our products in our university. Since my team members and I came from different cities and we were in different colleges，we had different social circles. It is an advantage for us because this competition not only require teams to market their products to more people，but emphasized on promoting it to a wider range of customers. Therore，I suggested that each of us promote our products to the potential consumers we were familiar with according to the different social circles such as colleges and organizations that we were in. So after a discussion，we listed the resources available to each of us and made a feasible sales plan. Then we started to carry out our sales task. Finally，we signed contracts with customers from 25 colleges of our university and successfully entered into the finals.

We attributed our success to our reasonable allocation of sales tasks so that we can fully explore the potential customers in our different social circles，which greatly improved our work ficiency. Therore，successful collaboration in a team project should give everyone a chance to tap one s potential to the full and achieve common goal through the joint forts.
