约克大学商学院申请增加Video Interview。近几年，随着学生申请人数的增加，商学院的申请难度逐年加深，四大商学院之一的约克大学Schulich商学院在2016年秋季入学的申请中也增加了Video Interview这一项，目前多伦多大学的Rotman商学院和约克大学的Schulich商学院都需要在OUAC的正常申请后，额外付费进行Video Interview的筛选！

　　这一举措无疑给所有申请学生增加了难度，Video Interview是在规定的1-2分钟内，Response已经给出的题目，你的语音、语速、回答内容均被列在打分范围内。当然除了Video之外，学生仍然需要完成Essay或者Leadership Profile(领导力的体现)，Schulich关于Leadership Profile的要求如下：

　　In the space provided, applicants are to list extracurricular activities and/or community involvement that you participated in the last two calendar years (i.e. 2014 and 2015). These activities may include student clubs, sports, events, band, conferences, competitions, volunteer work, community service, paid employment, entrepreneurial ventures, etc.

　　Include contact details for a reree that can validate your participation. Rerees will be contacted when necessary.

　　In the "Learning Outcome", applicants should describe what role they played in this activity and what they learned from their participation.

　　Video方面,相较于多伦多大学Rotman的Random(随机题目),Schulich已经给出了题目的大概,如下：

　　Applicants have a maximum of 90 seconds to respond to each question.

　　Q1. Why do you want to study at the Schulich School of Business?

　　Q2. A question about LEADERSHIP： Consider the following points and you will be able to answer any of the leadership questions that come your way.

　　Think about the qualities you like/dislike in a leader.

　　Who are your role models? Why?

　　How do you bounce back from failure?

　　Think about what it takes to work as part of a team.

　　How do you motivate others?

　　How have you demonstrated being a leader?

　　Q3. A question about YOU： Consider the following points and you will be able to answer any of the personal questions that come your way.

　　How would you describe yourself?

　　How does Schulich align with your personal goals or attributes?

　　Think about the future, what it means to you and where you see yourself.

　　What events in your life have shaped who you are today?
