　　既然留学的目的是为了合法的移民，那么，选什么专业来学习呢?哪些专业更利于找到工作、进而移民呢? 从2013年最新发布的加拿大技工移民职业表里可以找到答案。加拿大技工职业表里的职业都是紧缺职业，说明加国这些职业的人才匮乏。因此，留学选专业就可以选择跟这些职业相关的。比如电工是紧缺的技工职业，学生就可以选择机电工程技师或电站技师等学院专业。

　　另外，加拿大的专科课程相对于本科课程，更侧重于培养应用能力和职业技能，注重实用性，就业率更高。如果是为了移民，当然选择专科专业，学制短，两到三年即可;实用性强，更有利于找工作。本科课程侧重于学术研究，如果想将来攻读硕士学位，当然是要读本科，如果打算将来工作并移民，当然选择专科课程。
